SAFETY AND STANDARDS
OCCUPATIONAL HEALTH AND SAFETY
The team at Cutting Edge is committed to provide the highest standards of safety for our team and our clients.
A Job Site Analysis (JSA) is completed for each project. The JSA includes the safety considerations at each work site. Each employee on site must sign the JSA to acknowledge they are aware of the safety matters on the work site.
The JSA covers items like setting up safe exclusion zones to ensure safety of workers and any pedestrian traffic, as an example.
Our standards of practice with regard to Occupational Health and Safety are published in our Code of Conduct.
Cutting Edge prunes to Australian Standard AS 4373-2007 Pruning of Amenity Trees.
This standard covers: Considerations before pruning; pruning procedures; foliage distribution; pruning classes; unacceptable practices; and, root pruning.
Further information regarding the Australian Standard is available from the SAI Global website using the attahed link, www.saiglobal.com.
